FAQ
What are your rates?
Our service charge is $65 plus tax. This includes our trip to your home and the diagnosis of your problem. After the diagnosis is completed you will receive an exact price quote and that will be the final price. If you decide to complete the repair, the service charge is included as a component of that price — it's already been factored in. The total price is calculated as service charge + parts + labor. Stacked washer/dryers have an additional $20 fee due to the added labor needed to open up the appliance. Every additional appliance which needs to be fixed has an additional $35 fee.
Do you offer a warranty?
All of our repairs are backed by a 30 DAY guarantee on parts and 90 DAY guarantee on labor.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit/debit cards. We will process your card payment on the spot using our mobile payment app. We do not store your card numbers.
