Our service charge is $65 plus tax. This includes our trip to your home and the diagnosis of your problem. After the diagnosis is completed you will receive an exact price quote and that will be the final price. If you decide to complete the repair the service charge is included as a component of that price, it’s already been factored in. The total price is calculated as service charge + parts + labor. Stacked washer/dryers have an additional $20 fee due to the added labor needed to open up the appliance. Every additional appliance which needs to be fixed has an additional $35 fee.

All of our repairs are backed by a 30 DAY guarantee on parts and 90 DAY guarantee on labor.

We accept cash, check or credit/debit cards. We will process your card payment on the spot using our mobile payment app. We do not store your card numbers.

We do not use an invoicing service so we request that payment is made when the job is complete. To make that as convenient as possible we accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards.

Diagnosis is something that can only be done in person, and diagnosis is the first step in determining the price of a repair. There are far too many variables to be able to give an accurate diagnosis or price over the phone. We want to be sure we are giving you 100% accurate information and for this reason, it is our policy to only quote a price once one of our technicians has diagnosed your problem in person.
